No. TrustBuilt is designed to fit naturally at the close of a purchase. Staff simply offer a discreet invitation once the experience is complete. There are no scripts, no pressure, and no interruption to the client relationship.
Will clients feel pressured to leave a review?
No. Participation is entirely optional. TrustBuilt is an invitation, not an expectation. Clients are free to decline, take their time, or choose not to submit a review at all.
Does this interrupt the client experience?
Not at all. TrustBuilt is positioned after the sale, once the experience is complete. Clients can scan the QR code in-store or later, at a moment that suits them.

Do you write reviews on our behalf?
No. TrustBuilt never writes or submits reviews. Every review is written and submitted by the client themselves, in their own words. TrustBuilt simply helps clients reflect on their experience so they can express it clearly.
How is this different from sharing a Google review link?
A standard review link leaves clients unsure what to say, often resulting in short or generic reviews. TrustBuilt gently guides clients through a short reflection, helping them recall what matters, resulting in more thoughtful, experience-led reviews.
Are reviews filtered or edited?
No. TrustBuilt does not filter, edit, approve, or block reviews. Clients remain in full control of what they submit.
