What exactly does TrustBuilt do?
We create and manage a fully branded review system that helps you consistently collect Google reviews, the kind that builds trust, boosts visibility, and grows sales. Everything is personalised to your brand and managed discreetly in the background.
How does it work?
After each sale, you (or your team) submit a client’s name and contact info through your branded Review Drop-Off Form. A few days later, we send a warm, polite message on your behalf, guiding happy clients to leave a review, while giving others the option to leave private feedback.
Is everything done for us?
Yes. From setup to ongoing review messages, we handle it all behind the scenes. No logins. No dashboards. No extra work for your team.
How long does setup take?
Your system will be branded and ready within 3–5 working days once we have everything we need.
PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE
Is client data safe?
Yes. Data is handled securely, used only for review requests, and deleted within 30 days. You stay in full control of who is contacted.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Completely. We never store data long-term, never resell it, and never contact clients beyond the agreed purpose.
Do we need to inform clients first?
Most jewellers already have consent to contact clients post-purchase. If needed, we can provide simple wording for receipts to stay fully transparent.

Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-time £95 setup fee covers the full build and branding of your system. This includes tailored configuration of your review request system, branded email templates featuring your logo, colour scheme, and tone of voice, and ensures all automated workflows are fully implemented and operational from day one.
YOUR TEAM
Will our staff need to do anything?
Just one thing: after each sale, submit the client’s name and email/phone via your private link. That’s it. No training, no software to learn. To make it even easier, we also provide a QR code print-out you can keep at your sales desk. Staff simply scan it with any phone or iPad, and it takes them straight to your branded submission form. No logging in, no wasted time. The process takes seconds, so selling always comes first.
Can this process be automated?
Other platforms blast every customer automatically, but that’s not how jewellers work, and it’s not how we work either. You know your clients personally.
